ServiceDeed may prepare and publish search-ready content and provide visibility guidance. Google independently controls crawling, indexing, ranking and search-result display. We do not guarantee a specific ranking, indexing date, Knowledge Panel or continued visibility.
Wikipedia
Wikipedia is an independent community-edited platform with its own notability, sourcing and editorial policies. ServiceDeed may provide research, source organisation, neutral-content preparation or process guidance where agreed. We do not guarantee acceptance, publication, retention or approval of a page or edit.
IMDb
IMDb has its own eligibility, credit, data and editorial requirements. ServiceDeed may help organise credits, biography information, filmography data and submission material where included in scope. We do not guarantee acceptance, verification, display or continued availability.

12. Payments, Delivery & Refunds
Fees, payment schedules and delivery timelines are determined by the applicable quotation, order, invoice or written project confirmation.
Any refund, cancellation or delivery assurance applies only where expressly included in the applicable offer or written agreement. It is not a blanket refund guarantee for every ServiceDeed service.
Third-party platform decisions, algorithm changes, editorial review, indexing decisions, policy changes, client delays, incomplete information and events outside reasonable control may affect timelines or outcomes.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement and to the extent permitted by applicable law, ServiceDeed does not guarantee advertising performance, search rankings, Google indexing, Knowledge Panels, Wikipedia acceptance, IMDb acceptance, media coverage, leads, sales or reputation outcomes that depend on third parties, algorithms, markets or client actions.
ServiceDeed is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate or unlawful information supplied by a client, misuse of third-party platforms, unauthorised use of supplied materials, client-caused delays, or changes to third-party technology or policies. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
